At CXG Property Services we are proud to be members of some of the major professional bodies that govern and regulate our industry. Our clients and customers have the peace of mind in knowing that our standards of professionalism and service are of the highest standing and that the option of independent redress is available in the unlikely event of any issue being unresolved.

The Property Ombudsman - We are full members of the POS in respect of both sales and lettings and abide by their strict codes of conduct, a copy of which is available on request.

UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) – We are members of the UKALA and we abide by their code of conduct and client accounting rules.

National Landlord’s Association (NLA) – We are lifetime members of the NLA. The NLA gives us access to the latest tenancy agreements, a wealth of online support and full telephone support to ensure that any issues are dealt with according to the latest regulations.

myDeposits (Formerly TDS) - We are members of myDeposits. Any deposits taken from tenants are registered with myDeposits to ensure that any disputes at the end of the tenancy are dealt with properly by an independent adjudicator. This is in place to protect the tenant.
