CXG Shortlisted for 3 Awards
Following their success at the Landlord and Letting Awards CXG have now been shortlisted for 3 Awards at the Chamber of Commerce Awards. They have been shortlisted for Small Business and Retailer of the Year. Also thanks to your votes they have been nominated for Employer of the Year. Results will be announced tonight. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support of CXG.

STAFF BECOME QUALIFIED IN EXAM SUCCESS
We are proud to announce that today two members of our staff became qualified in their roles. Tom Archer, Portfolio Administrator passed his Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, whilst Estates Portfolio Manager Andrew Pantling passed his Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property. Andy said "This just demonstrates the growing reputation of CXG and the level of professionalism we are able to demonstrate. I look forward to continuing my Professional development in Residential Sales".

CXG ANNOUNCED AS PROPERTY SOURCER OF THE YEAR
We are delighted to announce that following the prestigious Landlord and Letting Awards in Birmingham we have won Property Sourcer of the Year. We were a runner up in Innovation, and also in Letting Agent by region, coming a close third to Letting giants Countrywide Property Group and Belvoir Lettings.
CXG Director Robin Pilley said: “We are absolutely thrilled to win this Award. The competition was really tough, so this accolade really is testament to the hard work and commitment of everyone at CXG. This achievement has really spurred us on and we will continue to build on our expertise and deliver high quality levels of service across the private rented sector.”

CXG NOMINATED AS AWARD FINALISTS
We are proud to announce that following nomination for the Landlord and Letting Awards 2010, we have reached the in all three categories:
- Innovation
- Property Sourcing
- Letting Agent by region (East Anglia)
This year there were four times as many entries than in 2009.
The judging panel commented that it has been "a very difficult time whittling down all the submissions to achieve the list of finalists as all entries were of an extremely high quality. CXG can be extremely proud of themselves for reaching this stage”
The winners will be announced on 17th November 2010. We will keep you updated.
