Before starting his own business, Daniel worked at management level in the retail sector for companies including Debenhams, Burton Group and ‘Esprit de Coup’. In 1996, Daniel and his brother Robin formed CXG Group Ltd. Following their success in building a large property portfolio, they opened CXG Lettings in 2007. In his role as Commercial Director, Daniel oversees the Accounts team and looks at future strategies for the company.

Andy is a very enthusiastic member of staff who has had a pivotal role in launching CXG Estate Agents in Haverhill. Andy has 6 years Estate Agency experience, working for both independent and corporate companies in Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury and Cambridge. Andy has now been working for CXG for the last 2 years, and has excellent knowledge of the local area having grown up in Haverhill.

Tom joined CXG in 2009 after completing his A-Levels at Castle Manor Business and Enterprise College. Tom is part of the family that used to run PBM Builders Merchants, a very successful company in Haverhill from 1960-2003. Tom worked part-time as a Sales Assistant at Buildbase (who bought PBM in 2003) for two years. Tom is currently studying for his Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, and is responsible for the marketing and IT systems at CXG, as well as doing a lot of work behind the scenes in the Residential Lettings department.

Alan has been with CXG as a business consultant for almost 8 years. Alan worked previously as financial director and subsequently as managing director of Technique Labels Ltd. Prior to that, he was managing director with a company based in St Albans, Stevens Advanced Weighing Systems and successfully negotiated the sale of that company to a company based in Milan. Alan plays an important role in the running of CXG, and is a valued member of the team.

Pam joined CXG in April 2008 with 20 years experience of working in various service industries ranging from restaurants to glass wholesalers, covering all aspects of the accounting function. A qualified accountant for 10 years, Pam also ran her own Recruitment Agency for five years, and has worked closely with many small businesses.
